Make Media Center Font Size More Readable in Windows

Many struggle with the small text size in the windows explorer. Adjusting font size DPI is a common solution this problem but it increases the size of icons and many other things as well which makes some applications unusable as they do not fit to the screen anymore. The more novel solution is simply changing the icon font size. The following quick tutorial will explain how to change the font size in Windows Explorer and other applications in Windows Vista.

1. Right hand click on your Desktop and select Personalize
2. Select Window Color and Appearance
3. Click Advanced Button
4. Select Icon from the Item drop-down list
5. Use the Font drop-down arrow to select a font from the list
6. Click OK twice
